Guacamole 2 ripe avacados 1 onion T lemon juice 1 tsp salt Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp coarse pepper 1 tomato (optional) 2 green chili peppers (optional) Parmesan cheese Peel, pit and mash the avacado. Add onion, peppers, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix until creamy. Fold in the tomato. Cover with cheese and refrigerate.
