GUACAMOLE 3 ripe avacados (slightly squishy) 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp onion powder 1 cup shredded lettuce white corn tortilla chips Cut avacados in half, peel, remove seeds, cut into pieces and place in a bowl. Mash up with a fork. Add garlic salt and onion powder and mix it up. Place shredded lettuce in the center of a dinner plate, top lettuce with a mound of the guacamole. Surround the guacamole with a ring of tortilla chips.
