Guacamole 2 good-sized avocados, peeled and mashed 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 small white onion, finely minced 1 small ripe tomato, peeled and diced 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground black pepper Mix all ingredients together and chill.
