Guacamole 2 ripe avocadoes 1 - 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 jalepeno, diced very fine 1/4 of a medium onion, diced very fine 1 clove garlic, diced very fine pepper to taste The key to guacamole is ripe avocadoes, fruit yields slightly to pressure. Lemon juice helps prevent browning. Onion and garlic can be adjusted to taste. Printable version: guacamole02.txt.
