Carne Asada en su Jugo 4-5 tomatillos 1 large onion handful cilantro serrano chilies to taste 3lbs carne asada or stew beef cut up in bite size pieces pot of beans oil for cooking Make a pot of beans. In a deep fan heat oil and brown the beef. once beef is browned, add it to the beans and add the sauce. Throw the chilies, tomatillos, and onion (quartered) in pot of water to boil, till tomatillos are soft. Put it all with just a little bit of the water and the cilantro in a blender to liquify.
