Atole de Leche
Serves 8 - 10
2 cups water
1/2 cup masa harina
1 inch cinnamon stick
4 cups milk
1 cup sugar
Blend corn meal and water. Add cinamon stick and boil mixture for
about 10 minutes. Add milk and sugar; bring to a boil, stirring
constantly. Remove cinnamon stick and serve hot.
