Turkey Meatballs 1 1/4 lbs turkey chop meat 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan reggiano cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped Italian parsley salt pepper 2 eggs beaten 3 large garlic cloves, minced and pressed Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Shape into meatballs, packing firmly. Brown thoroughly in olive oil, add to your favorite sauce.
