Norwegian Meatballs 2-1/2 lb ground beef 1/2 lb ground pork 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon ginger 1/8 teaspoon cloves 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon corn starch 1 large egg Mix all ingredients well. Roll into small balls. Brown in butter in a dutch oven or large saucepan. Cover with water and simmer for two hours on stovetop or in 350F oven. Serve over egg noodles.
