Meat Loaf Muffins
 
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 cups flour
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp sugar
1 1/2 olive oil
1/2 salt
1/2 cup margarine or butter
 
Mix flour, salt, sugar, olive oil together. Cut butter or margarine
into chunks and add to flour mixture. Add water. Mix together until
dough forms. Roll out dough. Use a circular cookie cutter to cut
dough and line muffin pan. Fill with ground beef. Cut additional
circles to cover ground beef. Preheat oven to 350 F.  Take out when
dough is golden brown.
