Cocktail Meatballs 2 lb lean ground beef 1/4 cup peeled, grated potato 1 egg 1 small onion, grated salt freshly ground black pepper 13 ounce bottle Heinz Chili Sauce 5 ounce jar grape jelly dash Worcestershire sauce Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Form into small meatballs. Brown meatballs, a few at a time, in hot skillet. If meat is very lean, wipe skillet with a thin film of olive oil. Blend remaining ingredients in large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer meatballs to chafing dish or fondue pot. Skim excess fat from sauce. Pour sauce over meatballs. Serve warm. Makes about 100 small meatballs. Printable version: cocktail01.txt.
