Cheddarburger Loaf

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs      
1 egg
1/2 cup minced onion

1/4 cup Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients.  Form a loaf.  Bake at 350 deg. for  
one hour.
