Oven Meatballs
makes about 4 dozen

2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs, (3 slices)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup dried onions
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt or seasoned salt

Mix all in a large bowl, hands are the easiest, though messy. Line
a cookie sheet with heavy aluminum foil for easy cleanup, spray
well with non stick spray. Make about 4 dozen 1 inch balls. Place
close together on cookie sheet.  Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30
minutes. Remove from oven, set one side of pan on something to allow
grease to drain, pour off. Divide into 3-4 packages. Freeze till
needed.
