Cornish Game Hens 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp pepper 2-4 cloves garlic Thaw the hens, and marinate them for 24 hours. Put them on a low grill and cook them slow basting them with the marinade each time you turn them. (Take care not to burn them because they burn easily.) It normally takes about an hour to cook. They are done when the juices run clear out of the hens. This is enough for about 2-24 oz hens. I normally double the recipe keeps well in the refrigerator. Note: Use for any type of poultry.
