Baked Duck

WILD DUCK

1/2 C white vinegar or white wine
4 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 C soy sauce
 
Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours in vinegar, Worcestershire and soy
sauce  and baste.


Duck Sauce

1/2 C red currant jelly
1/4 C catsup
1/4 C port wine
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
2 Tbsp butter

Serve sauce warm.  Let everyone spoon sauce over their portions.

Variation:  Stuff duck with raw potato.
