Cranberry Applesauce 3 cups apples, peeled & cored 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 cups cranberries 3/4 cup water Combine all ingredients in large nonstick saucepan. Cook, covered, over low heat until fruit is tender; 20 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly and mix with electric mixer on medium for 2 minutes or until fluffy and light. Serve hot or cold.
