Steamed Salmon in mustard gravy 0.75 kilos salmon, bones removed 1 cup vegetable oil salt to taste 3 tbsp mustard paste 5 medium chillis Slit chillies longitudinally. Add all ingredients. Steam for about half an hour on medium heat until fish is soft and cooked. To serve, take fish in a bowl, invert it on a plate, and surround with hot and steamed rice.
