Sardines in Vine Leaves For 4 servings: 1 Kg sardines 1/3 glass olive oil 20 vine leaves juice of one large lemon bunch of parsley salt Scrape off the scales from each fish; gut, wash, sprinkle with salt, wrap each in a vine leaf. Line the grill with with vine leaves and brush them with oil. Place the wrapped fish on the bed of leaves and put the remaining leaves on the fish. Grill both sides over moderate heat. When cooked, pour the oil, lemon juice and chopped parsley over them and serve. Printable version: sardines-vine-leaves.txt.
