Flounder Fillets

1/4 cup white wine or dry vermouth
1/4 of a lemon
Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Rinse and dry flounder. Place filets flat in
glass baking dish. Pour over wine or vermouth. Squeeze lemon over
fish. Sprinkle over Italian seasoning, pepper and salt. Bake for
about 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
