Fish with Cheese Sauce 2 Tbsp. butter 2 Tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup milk 1 cup mild cheese, grated dash of cinnamon, nutmeg & parsley flakes frozen fish fillets Melt butter and blend in flour and salt. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts. Add spices and stir. Makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Pour over frozen fish fillets in greased casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour. Printable version: fish-cheese.txt.
