Rhubarb Iced Tea 8 stalks rhubarb, cut into 3" lengths 8 cups water 1/3 cup sugar Place the rhubarb and water into large pot, bring to a boil, and simmer for 1 hour. Strain the liquid, add the sugar (more or less to taste), and serve iced with a mint sprig. Printable version: rhubarb-tea.txt.
