Mocha Malted Coffee Cooler 1 cup cold water 3/4 cup cold milk 1/4 cup light cream or whipping cream 3 tablespoons instant chocolate malted milk powder 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals 1 cup ice cubes Whipped cream (optional) In a blender container combine water, milk, light cream or whipping cream, instant malted milk powder, sugar and coffee crystals. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, add ice cubes, through hole in lid, one at a time, blending until crushed. Pour into chilled glasses. If desired, top with whipped cream.Serve immediately. Makes 4 (6 oz) servings NOTE: when I made this, I used regular malted milk powder (has more malted flavor), and chocolate syrup. I could get it as chocolatey as I wanted. I also used expresso instead of coffee crystals. Very intense on all of the flavorings!! Printable version: mocha-malt-cooler.txt.
