Indonesian Drink from Bandung 1 ripe avocado coffee 1 cup milk Brew up a cup of strong coffee. Set apart until cool. Scoop the flesh out of the avocado. Put the cooled coffee in a blender with the avocado and add the milk. Blend until smooth and serve like a malt. Serves 4.
