Frozen Fruit Slurpee

1/2 cup orange juice (may substitue pineapple, or grape for color)
1 large banana
1/2 can peaches canned in juice (drained)
1 cup whole frozen strawberries (sold loose in a bag--not frozen in syrup)
1/2 cup pineapple canned in juice (drained)

Whirl in blender until smooth. Makes two big servings.

You can add your own variations, such as fresh peaches, papaya, or
coconut milk for a tropical taste. The essential elements are a
banana, the whole frozen strawberries, and some juice. Great in
hot weather.
