Amaretto Slush 1 cup boiling water 3 regular tea bags 3 1/2 cups water 1 1/2 cups amaretto 1 cup sugar 6-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted 6-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted 2 33.8-oz. bottles ginger ale, chilled Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard. Transfer tea to a 2-quart freezer container. Stir in 3 1/2 C. water and next 4 ingredients. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve, partially thaw until slushy. Pour equal amounts of slush mixture and ginger ale into serving glasses. Yield: 1 gallon. Printable version: amaretto-slush.txt.
