Sun-Dried Tomato Mousse 1/2 to 1 cup olive oil fresh basil 6 oz cream cheese several cloves garlic, pressed Sun-dried tomatoes, revived and diced 4 oz goat cheese Throw everything in the food processor and pulse until smooth.
