Southwest Cheesecake

16 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz (2 cups) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 1/2 pkgs. taco seasoning
3 eggs, room temperature
4 oz chopped green chillies
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup salsa

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.  In large mixer bowl, combine cheeses;
beat until fluffy.  Sir in one cup sour cream and taco seasoning.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.  Fold in chillies.  Pour into 9 inch
springform pan.  Bake 35-40 minutes or untill center is firm.
Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes.  Spoon 1 cup sour cream over
the top of cake; bake 5 minutes longer.  Cool completly on wire
rack.  Cover; refrigerate several hours or over night.  Remove from
pan.  Place on serving plate.  Garnish with salsa and shredded
cheese.
