Seafood Spinach Dip 6 oz or 8 oz pkg Louis Kemp Lobster Delights (or any brand Imitation Crabmeat) 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tbsp. margarine 1/2 tsp. crushed dried basil 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1/4 cup cream cheese Saute garlic in margarine for 1 minute. Add basil and pepper, followed by remaining ingredients. Heat through, stirring frequently. Stir in Mayonnaise and cream cheese. Serve with crackers or bread sticks. Can be made ahead of time. Serve hot or cold. If making the night before, make sure you lay foil or plastic wrap directly over it to keep it from browning or filming. Printable version: seafood-spinach.txt.
