Salmon Party Log 16-oz can salmon 8-oz package cream cheese 2 teaspoons minced green onion 1 teaspoon horseradish 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 3 tablespoons chopped parsley Drain and flake salmon. (Discard bones) Combine next 6 ingredients. Mix thoroughly and chill. Combine walnuts and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into 8 x 2-inch log. Roll in nuts and parsley. Wrap in plastic and chill. Serve with crackers. Without time to chill, it works fine mounded in a bowl and served as a spread. Printable version: salmon-log.txt.
