Liver Pate 1 lb. pork liver, ground 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground pork - not too lean salt and pepper Mix well. Add salt and pepper. Place in a loaf pan and bake 325 degrees for 2 hours or less. Let cool in pan. This freezes well. Printable version: liver-pate01.txt.
