Hungarian Liptauer Dipping Sauce 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup sour cream 1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seed 1 teaspoon grated onion 1 teaspoon Dijon or German prepared mustard 1 teaspoon capers, drained and chopped 1 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika 1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste 1 teaspoon chopped chives Beat the cottage cheese and sour cream with a wire whisk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with raw vegetables. Makes about 1/2 cup. Printable version: liptauer.txt.
