Garlicky Clam Dip
8 oz cream cheese
7 oz clams drained and minced, save 1/4 cup of the juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
Pepper to taste
1/4 cup clam juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Using garlic press squeeze the pulp and juice of the garlic into
the soft cream cheese. Cream with a spoon until smooth. Gradually
add the remaining ingredients blending till smooth.
Serve with crackers of chips.
