Curried Shrimp Spread 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 6 green onions with some tender green tops, chopped 1/4 pound small cooked shrimp, chopped 1 hard cooked egg, grated In a serving bowl combine all ingredients except egg. Stir to mix well. Sprinkle egg on top. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving with assorted raw vegetables and crackers. Yield: 2 cups Printable version: curry-shrimp.txt.
