Bacon Dip 1/2 to 1 pound bacon 8 oz sour cream 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon chives 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Fry bacon, drain, crumble. Mix sour cream and cream cheese together. Add in onion, chives and bacon. Mix in shredded cheese. Serve with crackers or fill celery. Printable version: bacon01.txt.
