Asparagus Dip 1 can asparagus 1 cream cheese, room temperature 1 small garlic clove pinch of salt Mash the garlic clove with a pinch of salt in a mortar. Cut the hard end stems from the asparagus (about 1 inch) and discard. Mash the asparagus with a fork until a puree texture is obtained. Add the cream cheese and the garlic and mix with a fork until well blended. Serve with crackers. Printable version: asparagus01.txt.
