STICKY BANANA AND HONEYCOMB PUDDING 1/2 cup cream 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 60g butter, melted 1 medium banana 1 cup Self raising flour 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 cup castor sugar 1/2 cup milk 30g butter, melted, extra 2 50g bars chocolate-coated honeycomb, chopped Grease oven-proof dish (7-cup capacity). Combine cream, butter and brown sugar in prepared oven-proof dish, mix well. Top with sliced banana. Sift dry ingredients into bowl, stir in sugar, combined milk and extra butter, then 3/4 of the honeycomb. Spread mixture over banana in dish. Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven 45 mins. or until firm. Serve dusted with icing sugar, and whipped cream topped with remaining honeycomb. Printable version: sticky-banana.txt.
