Indian Pudding Serves 10-15 4 quart milk 1 1/2 cups yellow corn meal 1 1/2 cups molasses 1 cup sugar Pinch of salt 2 tsp. cinnamon Scald milk. Add slowly, mixing all the while, the remaining ingredients. Bake in heavy iron roster, or any roasting pan with a tight cover, about eight hours at 200F. Serve with whipped cream.
