Hot Fudge Pudding

1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt   
2 Tbsp cocoa  
1/2 cup milk 

2 Tbsp melted shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 3/4 cups hot water
3/4 cup sugar

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and 2 Tablespoons of the
cocoa together.  Stir in milk and shortening.  Spread in a 9x9"
pan.  Sprinkle the brown sugar and remaining cocoa on top.  Pour
the hot water evenly over everything.  Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
This makes a cake-like layer on top, with chocolate sauce on the
bottom.  It's even better with real whipped cream on top.
