Grape-Nut Pudding 2 quarts milk 2 cups Grape-Nuts 6 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Soak 2 cups Grape-Nuts in 1 quart heated milk until softened, or milk is absorbed. Mix remaining quart of milk with the 6 eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add this to Grape-Nuts and milk mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven, in a water bath until set and a knife inserted comes out clean. 60 minutes or more. Printable version: grapenut06.txt.
