Cream Milk

6 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 liter Milk
1 peel of orange or lemon (or vanilla essence) and/or a cinnamon stick
4 eggs

Mix the sugar and the flour, add about a cup of milk, put the rest
of the milk on a pan with the peel or stick or essence, and let it
heat. Keep mixing the flour milk and sugar till you get a thick
cream, add the egg yolks, mix well.  When the milk on the pan is
starting to boil, add the cream, and mix it all until it thickens.
