Chambord Bavarian
Serves 8

6 oz pkg strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup sour cream
1 pint straberry ice cream, softened
1/2 cup chambord
1 tablesoon lemon juice
2 10-oz packages frozen raspberries, drained, broken with fork
10-oz package frozen strawberries, drained, broken with fork
sweetened whipped cream

Place gelatin in large bowl.  Add boiling water and stir to dissolve.
Add sour cream and beat with whisk until smooth.  Add ice cream
and stir until melted and smooth.  ADd chambord, lemon juice and
frozen fruit.  Pour mixture into 9-oz long stemmed glasses.
Refrigerate.  Before serving, top with whipped cream.
