CARAMELIZED CREAM RICE 3 Tbsp rice 1 pt milk 4 oz sugar 1/4 pt water Place rice and milk into the top of a double boiler. Boil 2 1/2-3 hours stirring occasionally until it is as thick cream. Boil sugar and water without stirring until it is browned, fold through the creamy rice. Serve with cream. Printable version: caramel-cream-rice.txt.
