Blackberry Whip 2 egg whites dash salt 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 lemon rind, grated 1 pint blackberries Beat egg whites with salt until stiff. gradually beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. Beat until thick and glossy. Fold in lemon juice, lemon rind and washed, well-drained blackberries. Chill. Printable version: blackberry-whip.txt.
