Chocolate Raspberry Marble Cheesecake 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs 1/3 cups finely chopped almonds 3 Tbsp sugar 1/4 cup butter melted 1 1/2 lbs cream cheese softened 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 1/2 cup raspberry chipits 2 Tbsp butter 1/2 cup raspberry chipits 1 Tbsp butter Combine all crust ingredients. Mix well. Press firmly on bottom and up 1 inch of a 10 inch springform pan. Chill. Preheat oven to 300 F. Beat cheese till smooth. Gradually add sugar. Add eggs, one at time, until smooth and creamy. Spread of the mixture over the crust. Melt chipits and butter till smooth. Stir into remaining mixture. Gently spoon chocolate over top. Swirl mixture together by pulling knife through in wide curves, being careful not to touch the crust. Bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake inside for 1 hour longer. Remove & chill overnight. Melt chipits and butter together till smooth. Spread over cheesecake. Score glaze (chocolate tends to break a bit). Chill to set glaze. Excellent for freezing.
