Chili Veggie Meat equating to 1 lb hamburger (TVP-reconstituted), Gimme Lean, or Veggie burgers 1 pkg pre-prepared chili seasonings 16 oz can stewed or diced tomatoes 1 onion, diced 1 can of Ranch-style beans (with juice) 1 can of red kidney beans (without juice) Stir fry veggie meat and then add onions in about 4 Tablespoons of cooking oil Add chili seasonings and coat meat and onions Add tomatos, beans, and about 1/2 cup of water Cover and bring to light boil Turn heat to simmer, cover and simmer for 20 min. Remove lid and allow to simmer to the consistency you prefer. Optional: add bell pepper to onion and meat mixture.
