Low Fat Chili 4 servings canned soy burger (about one cup) 1 envelope chili seasoning 2 cans (15 oz) diced stewed tomatoes 1 pinto beans 1 can kidney beans 1/2 bell pepper diced 1/2 onion diced Heat soy burger in pot breaking it up, add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.Cover and let simmer on low for 20 minutes.
