Reuben Casserole 27-oz can sauerkraut, drained 4 Tbsp thousand island salad dressing 1 Tbsp margarine 3 3-oz packages pressed corned beef, chopped 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 2 cups dry bread crumbs 1/4 tsp caraway seeds Spread sauerkraut in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Spread thousand island dressing over this and then sprinkle with caraway seeds. Layer with chopped corned beef and then Swiss cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs over all and then dot with margarine. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Printable version: reuben01.txt.
