PACIFIC SAVOURY

8 oz can tuna or salmon
1 egg
1 lb mashed potato
1/2 tsp mustard
2 Tbs milk
 salt and pepper
3 oz grated cheese
2 large tomatoes

Drain and flake the fish.  Combine with potatoes, milk, half the
cheese, salt and pepper and mustard.  Place in a greased casserole,
cover with sliced tomatoes.  Top with remaining cheese.  Place in
hot oven 400 F for 15 minutes.
