Crunchy Topped Fish Bake 4 flounder fillets half of a 15 oz can mushroom soup dash Worcestershire sauce 3 pkgs crisps 4 ozs grated cheese 1 teaspoon grated onion dash garlic salt 2 ozs butter Place fillets in greased ovenproof dish. Spread with soup and top with cheese. Melt butter, add onion, sauce and garlic salt mix well Add crushed potato crisps and mix again. Spread mixture over fillets and bake in centre of moderate oven for 35 minutes. Serve with side salad. Printable version: fish01.txt.
