Cheesy Vegetable Casserole 1 small bag frozen vegetables (corn, green beans, potatoes, carrots) 3/4 cup melted butter 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 pkg butter crackers (crushed) 1 cup cubed velveeta cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Boil the vegetables until tender. Drain. Put in casserole dish add melted butter, stir. Add cubed velveeta, and the cheddar cheese. top With crushed crackers, and additional melted butter Bake in 350 oven for about 20 minutes.
