Cajun Stew 1 lb ground turkey 2 15-oz cans pinto beans 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium yellow onion, chopped 2 minced cloves garlic 1 tsp dry thyme 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper 1 tsp Cajun seasoned salt 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce In a heavy pot, saute the turkey an onions in olive oil until the turkey is cooked throughly and the onions a translucent. Add the minced garlic to the meat/onion mixture and cook and stir for a few more minutes. Add the tomatoes and the seasonings. Stir then cover. Simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring ocasionally.
